When I started my search for a compatible Bluetooth headset for my iPhone I set certain criteria. The headset must be light and comfortable and capable of being worn all day without causing discomfort. The layout of its buttons must be easy to use and, after practice, become second nature. The reception must be clear not only to myself but to anyone phoning me. Finally it must look good and be easily mounted on my ear, despite the fact that I wear glasses. The Plantronics Voyager Pro+ is all of these things and more. The clarity of sound is brilliant not only when making phone calls but also when listening to the music stored on my phone. I strongly recommend this product and give it a five star rating.

I purchased a Plantronics Voyager Pro last year which performed very well till it developed a fault. I contacted Plantronics Customer Services a few days ago and their response was super quick. In a matter of days I received brand new Voyager Pro + as the replacement. The customer services representatives I communicated were extremely helpful.Many would research product specifications and read reviews before purchasing a product. Unfortunately in most cases, very little information will be available at the time of purchase about the quality of after-sales customer services; in case the product develops a problem. My exceptional experience with Plantronics Customer Services reassures me that they fully standby their products in case of breakdowns and give high priority to meeting the needs of their customers.Writing reviews is a time consuming task but I was compelled to write one as the service I received exceeded my expectations.Five Star rating for Plantronics After-Sales Customer Services!

As a driving instructor i wear my headsets for a considerable amount of time every day. Having had a plantronics voyager headset quite a few years ago, i then switched to one from the same manufacturer as my phone.( got it free with the phone )but found the ear clips uncomfortable over long daily use.I then bought my phone manufacturers model where the sender receiver are behind the ear, in fact i bought two over a 3 year period, each one lasted about 18 months then fell to bits. However my Daughter is still using my original voyager so i decided to try another one and got the latest model the voyager pro +. I have found it to be very comfortable to wear with great flexibility, gives a good range ( i can leave my phone anywhere in the house and not loose the connection )And sound reproduction is excellent. The quality of build means that i would recomend this product to anybody who wears their bluetooth headset for long periods of time with no discomfort whatever.Thank You for a great HeadsetDave-M-C
